When newly received, the plush cases may have some loose hairs. You can pat or shake them to remove the loose hairs first.
It is a normal phenomenon that the cases shed hairs during use, and hair – shedding is inevitable.
The wool materials or three – dimensional parts of the plush cases are all manually pasted.
There will be some unavoidable glue marks, which do not affect normal use.
The buttons of the plush – style cases adopt an inner – shell design with plush directly covering them.
The sensitivity may be affected. Just apply a little more force!
